I ordered a mirror. The delivery was quite fast, however the mirror arrived completely broken (it was not well protected and there was no fragile label on the parcel). They sent a replacement for the mirror, it arrived completely broken, (no fragile label, no protected again). They sent me a 3rd replacement, it arrived broken again - not to say that they left the parcel at the main door, which is totally exposed to the street because I was not at home. I ended up asking for a refund. Delivery might be fast, and customer assistant might be quick, but all I did was wasting my time.
My order arrived fast. Everything was as described. Had 1 item missing but was resolved quickly and a new 1 sent out. Would definitely recommend Rinkit to my friends and family

Unfortunately I had to contact Rinkit regarding a problem with my greenhouse which I purchased last year. Within hours I received a reply, sent images and the matter was professionally resolved in less than 24 hours. Very impressed.
Saw the lovely Bormioli Rocco glasses that I’ve been searching for and ordered on Saturday and they arrived on Monday morning! Very reasonably priced and so well packaged. Lovely customer service too. Nice personal tone in emails etc. Would recommend

After just finding this website by chance I placed a decent order. Lovely items at great prices. Everything was well wrapped and packaged but one of my mugs arrived broken. Customer service was super quick and are sending me a replacement. Couldn’t fault the service. I will most definitely order again.
Really quick delivery. Item was well worth the money. One of the glasses was damaged but customer services quickly responded and sent out a replacement. This is the first time I have used this company and I cannot fault them at all. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to others. Definitely worth 5 stars plus
Excellent service indeed! My order was dispatched the same day and the item delivered with 48hrs (earlier than estimated). Was very pleased. I found the item was faulty. I emailed them with pictures. Within 10 minutes I received a reply and replacement item arranged. Amazing! I will definitely buy more items from this company and will highly recommended them to everyone. Very very satisfied. Good and efficient service. Ordered glass mugs for the business, delivery missed twice so our order was sent back. Due to DPD website being rather unhelpful, contacted customer service of Rinkit. Lady named Laura responded immediately, explained the situation and sorted out sending our parcel back out to us with Next Day Delivery. Great service, and the mugs do the job as well. Thanks Laura
I have used Rinkit before but never directly through their website. I needed to buy some kitchenwares so was confident that if there was a problem, they would sort me out as they had done in the past, so I went for it. Well the items arrived the next day and in perfect condition (and they are in great condition). They are on my list of top retailers. Really impressed.
Lovely fun designs teamed up with great quality and good prices. It's nice to be able to buy directly from the Rinkit Website. The people are friendly, helpful and professional. I've bought everything from door mats to glasses, mugs and storage canisters - my kitchen has never looked so cheerful! Highly recommended
